This is a wonderful place! The botanical varieties are quite extensive. The trolley was very nice as the sculpture park is very big and we were traveling with several seniors who would not have been able to walk that distance. However you don’t get to get out or get up close to the sculptures which is a down side to the riding tour. I was impressed with the many sculptures especially the giant horse. It was totally worth the trip just to see it. Highly recommend!!

One word to describe Meijer Garden is Beautiful. There are a lot of sights that are pleasing to the eye, both inside and outside. From the different greenhouses you can see the vast exhibits of plant life. The carnivorous plants exhibit is a top pick. On the outside, there are many sculptures and gardens to observe. I would recommend you take a visit to the Japanese Garden and view the Red Rock sculpture. There is a lot to see and a lot to do so getting there early is crucial to enjoy everything Meijer Garden has to offer.

Not too keen on the hovering teenage interns at the museum “reminding” my wife several times over 20 minutes to cover her nose with her mask while she’s quietly looking at the art. They slip down all the time for everyone. The advisement was polite, but it doesn’t mean it’s not embarrassing to have attention directed to someone in a crowded quiet room. Having a mandatory mask sign at the door also seems….outdated in November 2021.

Lots of art history on display, some new art but mostly the history. Great for art education and aspiring artists to embrace. Cost to attend was $10 an adult. They had some art appreciation activities and scavenger hunts the day I went which was nice. Pleasantly enjoyable 🙂

Love this museum in GR. Clean and super informative. My favorite thing was the life-size model of the Oval Office as it was when Ford was President.
The security guards were also super friendly.
Be sure to take a minute to visit the graveside as well. It’s right there and makes for a nice little walk. We’re lucky to have such a monumental piece of our American History so close to us.
When we visited in November the gift shop was still closed, so plan ahead for that. Masks are also required while touring the museum.

This is a wonderful museum. It is well laid out in chronological order. Very interesting and informative. It would take all day to read about every display and I will definitely be going back some day. The museum gives you a good look into President Ford’s heart. It is personal and poignant to read how he led the country through a very tumulus time period.

Offers free parking and located next to the river and walking distance to other attractions in the downtown area. The place is well organized and offers interactive media. Tickets are sold online only, and the gift shop was closed when we were there. They follow COVID safety procedures and masks are required. Visitors can also visit the burial site of Mr. and Mrs. Ford and Lorrie’s button outside the Museum.

Very nice museum. Cool Lego display of Grand Rapids. There was a nice exhibit on bats. And retro toys.
The normal displays look a little dated, but are still informative. The carousel was closed for renovations when we visited, but it looks like it would be fun to ride.

I love the grand rapids public museum. Staff is friendly.
Gift shop has many options for all audiences.
Whenever there is a new exhibit in town, I love to visit. The space upstairs they use for these exhibits is done well.
I hope to go on the carousel again soon. The view is very nice and inviting. I have taken some pretty pictures of my friends here.

The wife and kids just had a wonderful learning experience and the wife and I plan on returning soon so we can actually get the chance to enjoy the interesting exhibits. It would be great to read more about what we where looking at. As a carpenter I would like to volunteer one day to work on the lathe. Making something for everyone to watch would be pretty cool and never wrecking at the same time. We where there for about 6 hours though so its easy to get lost exploring such a massive collection of fascinating things. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a good way to spend an afternoon in Grand Rapids. Not to mention the planetarium! That was sweet! Popology was cool too. Wasn’t what I expected to say the least. This place will bring back memories, even if you haven’t been there before…

Robinette’s has something for everyone. It’s a perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends, family or even a date. They have a couple activities to pick and choose from as well as a bakery and winery. Our day started with donuts and cider and finished with a corn maze. The donuts are made fresh and you can always expect a line. The maze is not difficult by all means but I don’t see that as a downside. I would recommend coming here between 1pm and 3pm as that leaves time to get through most things. If you’re lucky you’ll catch the sunset and have a nice opportunity for great pictures.

I stopped here a couple weeks ago after hiking at the provin trails which is right next to this place. I really like this place because it seemed to me like a hidden gem and new place I’ve never discovered before. They have really good donuts, coffee, apple cider and other things. I got a chocolate donut with a toffee flavored cappuccino which was really good and the other section next to the area where the donuts are had some really good candy apples and other things. The outside on the property looked really nice as well and although I didn’t get a chance to check out the gift shop, I did walk around the outside for a bit and saw that there was an area for apple picking which was nice.

I took my 14 year old daughter through the Haunted Forest and I think she pretty much ran the entire trail (she does not run). It was a great time, lots of people screaming, not just my daughter! If you want to have a fun family excursion, take a trip out to the Haunted Forest or the Glowing Trail, you won’t regret it.

I will start with the good. Everything was very clean and you did have help. But you had some very young help and they were very new at customer service and could really use some training. The other thing is or an average family it’s very expensive. But if you do have the money for the chance to go it is a very fun and safe atmosphere

Loved it! We stopped to let our toddlers play while we were visiting family. They loved it!! Super cute, and lots for kids of all ages to do. My kids loved the grocery area the most. Out of all the children’s museums we’ve been to they definitely have more that would grab the attention and interests of younger kids! Keep in mind that it’s a children’s museum and not a discovery museum, so they have more “real life” zones such as an area where they can pump gas, grocery and restaurant area, a kitchen, a bank, a musical zone, a bubble area upstairs and plenty more. We definitely will be going back when we come back into town.

We went to the dog park. There are tennis courts, 2 fenced areas for dogs to play, one area for smaller dogs. I wish people would clean up after their dog better. Watch your step in the dog parks. It makes for a better experience. I don’t want someone stepping in poo because I couldn’t clean up after him. That would ruin the outing. Great Ice cream within walking distance! I gave 4 stars because there no porta potty/ facilities

Nice and quiet park 🏞️. My dog 🐕 Brownie, absolutely LOVED all the tree’s🌳. Squirrels🐿️ are his absolute favorite thing to bark at. LoL 😆 The only reason I took away a star ⭐ was because of all the trash 🗑️ laying around, the parking lot on the west side of the park was the worst. So we picked up some trash as walked Brownie 🐕.

One of the larger parks in Grand Rapids with plenty of space to spread out in great expanses of open lawn, or in the dense woods. The Grand River runs the length of the park, and the park offer visitors boating access, fishing, Frisbee golf, baseball fields, picnic shelters, playgrounds and wide paved trails. It’s a large piece of green space just north of downtown.

The park amenities are great. There’s well maintained baseball, soccer, and volleyball fields. Tennis courts are kept up too. The main problem with this park is the sketchy people. Last weekend there was definitely a person living in a white truck parked near the bathrooms, and if you venture into the woods around the park, you’ll find lots of questionable subjects. GRPD is through the park it seems every hour or two, so they’re aware, but it isn’t the park atop my list for a kid’s birthday party.

we paid $96 for 5 attractions for 3 people. there were only 2 working go karts for the faster track. we ended up using only 2 activities each since they only had 5 attractions to choose from. while we were batting, we were helped by a kind employee after the ball machine got stuck. she did not mention any rules before we entered and was okay with us being in there together. then the older female employee came up to us and started yelling at us to stay behind the red line or she’s going to kick us out. that was the first time anyone told us so she had no reason to snap at us the way she did. my mother does not even yell at me like that. that was the most rude experience. we still had the majority of activities left. we just ask for the rest of the money back not a full refund. just money back for the activities we didn’t use. they declined even though we wasted so much money there to have fun and end up getting screamed at by some old hag. literally ruined the day. We left all of our tokens and ticket and left …

This was a great venue beautiful shaded green grass but if you’re using it for a wedding or something you need a mirror for there isn’t one also no air flow you are going to need to bring your own fans that’s why you got a Four out of five
Also there is no plugs in the bathroom whatsoever the only plugs that there are to use for a curling iron or an iron or anything to do with getting ready for something is in the kitchen
so it’s a great after spot but not a great getting ready spot
We rented the venue I’m sure the park is a five star but the venue itself the building we rented to use could use some plugs a mirror and some fans

It’s a nice place to bring the family for a day of fun. A hill for sledding and a pond for skating in the winter is fun. In the summer the water feature is great for kids play and cooling off. Lots of trails through the woods for hiking. I like to park in the lot and watch the ducks, geese, and gulls.

I love this park! It has a pool and water park and a small baseball diamond in the back. But the best part is the trails in the hills above! This is a really fun place to spend an afternoon or day. I often go to Millennium Park to walk my dog, I love this place. The only suggestion is to have more trash bins around so that people do not leave their dogs excrement in the plastic bags along the paths. I also wish there were more benches to be able to sit and enjoy some of the views.

Dr. Matt and his team are simply the best. I’m always greeted with warm friendly smiles. Everyone knows who I am, I’m not treated like another numbered patient there. I like that.
Dr Matt is amazing at what he does, not just doing adjustments, but helping explain to you what you have going on, why you are having the issues you are having, and what plans he has in order to help make you better. I promise, if you follow through, you will see results. He’s fun, he’s funny, and he personalizes his session to each person. He is wonderful doing my 3 year old daughters adjustments too! She loves going in for her adjustments to “get fixed by Dr Matt”. Since she has started going. Her night terrors have become less and less to almost gone!

I was apprehensive at first. However, after two visits(one week) I had full range of motion in my entire body. Definitely would recommend. Staff is pretty great too! Very flexible with appointments!!
